We are very pleased to hear that an article about our project was released in the feuilleton of the Süddeutsche Zeitung on January 3rd. The journalist and music critic Helmut Mauró had temporarily accompanied Marc Sinan and Markus Rindt on their research-journey through Kazakhstan in April 2013. Based on this trip, Mauró reports on this oil-rich territory, its people and the decline of the traditional music culture.
